Welcome to TALA TALA. By accessing or using our online catering platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Ordering and Payments

All orders must meet the minimum quantity specified for each package. Payments must be completed before the delivery schedule, unless you are using corporate invoicing (Term of Payment) approved by our Admin.

2. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to be punctual, weather conditions, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays up to 15-30 minutes. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the distance from the nearest kitchen.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can be modified or canceled up to H-3 for large orders (>100 pax) and up to 15:00 WIB the day before for smaller orders. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 100% of the order value.

4. Mitra Catering (Partners)

Products listed under "Mitra Catering" are prepared by our trusted partner kitchens. TALA TALA ensures all partners maintain high hygiene and quality standards.
